Plug it back in, and connect to the WiFi network as soon as possible, then immediately go to the AirPort Utility. if you experience problems with the latests version of airport utils (make sure you have the latests version) and is using wifi and is sure that your firewall is not blocking the apps / ports it rely on. Unplug your AirPort Extreme - Wikipedia, and wait 10 seconds.
